Baja Marinade & Dipping Sauce -13oz Review
Made in Napa Valley - Chiles, lime and cilantro and we are good to go! Tulocay and Company's Chiles & Lime Baja Marinade & Dipping Sauce is the perfect marinade for fish, pork and chicken. I even like it with steak. This dipping sauce/marinade makes me want to go to Cabo and eat tacos the way the locals do. Just marinate halibut, sea bass, swordfish or whatever you like. Grill or cook in the oven, and then fold into corn tortillas with sliced avocado, salsa or a little more Baja. Add onions, cilantro, cheese, shredded cabbage---whatever you fancy---and you have some great tacos.
